Whether you're dealing with food allergies, need nutrition guidance, are navigating stress, or managing your health during a life transition—I'm here to support you. Maybe you’re preparing for a race, learning to lift weights, or looking to improve your sleep or mindfulness through meditation.
Whatever your reason, we all need accountability, support, and direction at times. My role as your coach and trainer is to provide just that—helping you build sustainable habits, stay on track, and reach your goals.
Wellna represents over a decade of my personal health journey, combined with specialized training and certifications, so I can guide others in creating lasting, healthy change. My Approach to Change
The change process comes with many emotions. Initial curiosity, perhaps uncertainty and ambivalence, overcoming obstacles, and feeling excited and proud of your results. Making changes and establishing new habits isn’t linear - it is full of wins and setbacks, but starting from a strong foundation provides a critical impact.
I approach change from this framework:
Define Your Why: Why does this change matter to me?
Create Your Vision: What will life look like with this change?
Take Action: How can I get there by taking one small step at a time?
In our sessions, we will dig deep into these concepts by exploring your beliefs and biases, your confidence, and your capacity to create new habits. Wherever you are today, you did not get there overnight. Give yourself space and time to get where you want to go now - to explore what this change means to you, and to establish deep-rooted habits and beliefs that will make the change permanent. Along the way, I will be a trusted partner to provide support, education, and guidance. You CAN do this… all it takes is one small step forward to begin building the momentum.
My Approach to Coaching
I meet you where you are. Each person I speak to is in a different place in their journey, with different reasons for wanting to work with a health coach. Between our consultation and our first session, we will start making the fundamental connection between where you currently are and where you want to go. One step at a time.
Step One
Schedule a complimentary consultation. Health and wellness coaching may not be the right fit for you. Let’s spend time chatting to discover if this is right for you at this time!
Step Two
If we both decide this is a good fit, we start with an eight-week program. Eight weeks is an optimal timeframe to build solid knowledge, awareness, and action toward a goal.
