1:1 COACHING
1:1 coaching provides support and guidance as you work to reach your goals. We will explore your health holistically in order to focus on your priorities and keep your wellness in balance across all facets of your life. Learn more about coaching topics here.
Programs:
Initial 8-Week Series
New clients will begin with eight weeks, an optimal amount of time to get to know each other, establish at least one goal, and see some progress. We will meet weekly, as schedules permit. Sessions are 50-minutes long. View a sample 8-week series here.
Supplemental 4-Week Series
After your initial eight weeks, if you would like to continue coaching, one option is to set up four-week increments. Cadence of meetings can be adjusted.
Monthly Sessions
Depending on the vision you have for your health and wellness, you may want a longterm commitment. If you know this upfront, we can establish this timeframe right away. Otherwise, we can set up a monthly recurrence after your initial eight weeks.
This commitment will give us the opportunity to dig deeper and cover more topics. We can address multiple goals throughout this length of time, with the intention of creating sustainable and meaningful change. Sessions will be every other week, for a minimum of six months.
SMALL GROUP
Ease into coaching in a group setting! Each five-week program will focus on a single topic and incorporate learning, goal-setting, engaging activities, and lively conversations with accountability partners. Groups will be at least four members and limited to six. Learn more about group topics here.

Our sessions will be held once per week for five weeks. Sessions will be 50 minutes long.
TEAM SEMINARS
Studies continue to show us that our individual health is directly related to our work productivity. Bring health and wellness education to your workplace with a customized, 60-90 minute informative and engaging team seminar. Ideal group sizes are 10-25 people.

PERSONAL TRAINING
I offer 1:1 and small group, in-person training programs. We focus on a variety of exercise patterns to help you reach your goals. Examples of exercises include mobility, balance, cardio, and strength.
Groups will be limited to four people per session and health coaching will be integrated to achieve optimal fitness results.
YOGA
COMING MAY 2025! I am currently pursuing my Yoga Teacher Training certification through Invoke Yoga & Pilates Studio. Yoga has been transformative for me personally - physically, mentally, and emotionally. I cannot wait to share this beautiful practice with my clients.
I am developing plans to bring yoga classes to multiple locations around Indianapolis. If you are interested in me bringing yoga to your area, please email me with your preferred location.
