Every coaching program is tailored to your unique needs. In most circumstances, I recommend clients start with my 8-week series or a monthly program. This gives us time to build a solid foundation for your health and wellness journey. After this timeframe, we can discuss what makes the most sense for you moving forward.

Pricing will vary and I will provide a full pricing sheet after your consultation. However, if you're like me, you would at least love a ballpark!
Here is a general cost overview of options you may be considering:
Online group coaching sessions: a few dollars per session. Typically virtual, with up to hundreds of attendees. This can be a good choice for ongoing education, but the one-size-fits-all approach rarely fits anyone who is looking for personalization and accountability to build a foundation.
Your personal Wellna coach (me!): $20-75 per 50-minute session. I offer tailored guidance, personalized strategies, and dedicated support to help you achieve your unique goals.
Therapy sessions: Generally $100-200 per session. These practitioners have different training and offer a different approach. They may address similar topics, but often focus on trauma and diagnosis of conditions, which coaches cannot do.
Specialized coaching: This can cost a few hundred dollars per session and often includes celebrity names, influencer endorsements, and heavy advertising - all costs that are passed onto the clients.
I aim to provide high-quality, personalized coaching at a reasonable price point. My goal is to offer great value and support on your wellness journey without the extra costs of big-name marketing. Let's chat to find the best option for you!
A Sample 8-Week Program
This brief sample provides an idea of what coaching might look like and references the tools we may use. After your first appointment, I will put together a personalized program based on your goals.
Remember: coaching is not meant to be forever. It is meant to help you through a struggle or give you a boost. The duration of the coaching relationship is unique to each person!
Foundational Session:
We will start by evaluating where you currently are, where you want to go, and how working with a coach will support your journey. We will end the session discussing your Week One homework - the Wellness Wheel assessment.
Session 2:
We cover the results of your Wellness Wheel assessment and begin formulating a plan. You will have the opportunity to start thinking of what matters to you and where you want to focus. As time allows, we will begin discussing your Wellness Vision.
Session 3:
We will finalize your Wellness Vision and use it to brainstorm the area you want to focus on first for goal-setting. It can be overwhelming and typically proves to be unsustainable to attack an entire vision at once. We will use a tool called the Brief Action Plan to set small, attainable goals that we will continue building from.
Session 4-5:
Sessions 4-5 will be heavily focused on your weekly goals. There will always be obstacles and distractions and we will make sure to address what those are and how you plan to overcome them.
Session 6-7:
Depending on the prior two weeks, you may be ready to tackle another area of your vision. We will set new goals together and begin working through your plan to integrate them into your life. Throughout sessions 4-7, we will have many discussions around establishing new habits.
Session 8:
Our final session in your initial series will cover an action plan moving forward. This will look different for everyone. You may be ready to fly solo with your Wellness Vision and use your new tools and new habits to create lasting change. Or you may decide you work well with an accountability partner and coach and want to continue our partnership. We will discuss next steps in the final session for both you and for us, as a team.
